The Sacred Goddess Retreat is three days of ceremony, sisterhood, and holy reclamation — designed to ignite your divine bliss, root you in your sovereign power, and crown you in the fullness of who you came here to be. This is a weekend to rewild and nourish the soul. This is an initiation.
Through the power of the breath, Reiki, somatic movement, and ceremonial rites, we do the deep work of releasing what has kept you contracted — shame, smallness, and the paradoxical stories that told you your power was too much.
We strengthen the core — not just physically, but in your center of sovereign selfhood. Morning yoga and embodied movement practices awaken the body and build the container for everything that flows.
We reclaim our womb power. Through guided meditation, sound healing, and sacred ritual, we ask the big questions:
What world am I here to birth? What am I stewarding? What does it look like when I stop holding back?
We celebrate your crowning — a devotional act of witnessing and being witnessed in your full light, beauty, and brilliance. You will leave knowing, in your bones, that you are the frequency to birth a new world.
This experience is not about doing more — it's about slowing down enough to truly listen. Through shared ritual, embodiment practices, and time immersed in nature, you'll be supported in weaving into your daily life your intuition, creativity, and sacred feminine presence — leaving grounded, renewed, and deeply restored.

I had a Rose Awakening session with Natalie, and it was one of the most enriching and healing experiences of my life. a grounded, intuitive presence as a Reiki Master and sound
healer. With Natalie’s 12 years of experience, Natalie offers a deeply heart-centered approach
centered on devotion, integration, and compassionate self-
awareness. Together, they weave their gifts to hold sacred,
supportive containers—whether in retreats, group journeys, or
intimate sessions—where women feel safe to be seen, held,
and transformed. Their collaboration is an offering of deep
care and reverence, supporting each woman as she walks her
unique path back to her inner knowing, embodiment, and
