The Sacred Goddess Retreat is three days of ceremony, sisterhood, and unapologetic reclamation — designed to crack you open with joy, root you in your sovereign power, and crown you in the fullness of who you came here to be. This is a weekend to rewild and nourish the soul. This is an initiation.

You are spiritually awake — and still somehow playing small. You know your power in theory, but something in your body hasn't caught up yet. You've been the woman who holds space for everyone else, and you're starving for a space that holds you. You feel the call of something wilder, deeper, more alive — and you're finally ready to answer it.

Over three sacred days, we will go places most retreats are afraid to go.
We open with ceremony — yoni, pussy, and womb wisdom — calling forth your intention for the weekend and opening the portal to bliss. This is where we name what we're here to reclaim.
We clear the root. Through breathwork, Reiki, somatic movement, and temple practices, we do the deep work of releasing what has kept you contracted — shame, smallness, the stories that told you your power was too much.
We strengthen the core — not just physically, but in your center of sovereign selfhood. Morning yoga and embodied movement practices awaken the body and build the container for everything that follows.
We open to womb power. Through guided meditation, sound healing, and sacred ritual, we ask the big questions: What world am I here to birth? What am I stewarding? What does it look like when I stop holding back?
We crown you. The weekend closes with a crowning ceremony — a devotional act of witnessing and being witnessed in your full light, beauty, and brilliance. You will leave knowing, in your bones, that you are the medicine.

Within in the heart of this sacred retreat, is a gathering in sisterhood to fully embrace the light of your inner wisdom, sacred strength, unconditional love, and radiant power- allowing these innate gifts to illuminate your path, and feeling firmly rooted in the flow of grace and beauty within. We'll be tapping into our deepest pleasure, radiating the pure bliss/shakti of the body, heart, and soul. To shine and move like the Goddess, especially in this sacred time of transition, is when the sacred feminine rises.
Retreats
Respecting your true divine worth changes your relationship with life.
Take a moment to sit with your heart and soul and ask the following questions:
Has a seed of unworthiness been affecting my enjoyment of life, including my ability to receive what my heart deeply desires?
Do I feel worthy of receiving love? Have I been open to receiving and being a vessel of God’s love in different facets of my life? (This can include partnerships, career, creativity, wealth, and so forth).
How am I in relationship with my own power and life force? (Note: our relationship with our sexuality and Mother Earth can be a massive indicator when we’re in our divine power or not).
How have I been showing love to myself, especially during challenging circumstances?
As a fellow human on the ever-unfolding spiritual journey, I’ve had to deeply reflect on these questions, many of which were prompted by my divine guides, including Mary Magdalene, Isis, Quan Yin, and Mother Mary. Everything can shift once we become conscious to what has been unconsciously present in our lives, especially when we surrender into the miracle of the holy moment. Facets that may have taken years, if not lifetimes to heal, can be transformed into sacred power when we say yes to living in our holy divinity. And what a delight it is to witness you reclaiming the Kingdom/Queendom of God that is already found within you.
I have had the distinct pleasure and honor to support fellow humans on their healing journey. The most profound healings I have witnessed have been with men who arrived carrying something they could not put down alone — a grief, a hunger, a call they couldn't ignore.
In the sacred space of the temple, held in devotional presence, something in them finally exhaled. To be seen — truly seen — without armor or performance: this is what the rose offers the soul. Initiation lives in the heart of the sacred feminine.
For the man who is ready — to be seen in his full magick and grace, to meet the sacred feminine without fear, to let strength and surrender become one — the rose receives you completely.

All names of God are welcome here. The use of Sophia God is an honoring of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine aspects of God Consciousness. In the mystic Christian traditions, the wisdom of God was said to have flowed to Earth as Sophia.

Once per month is perfect, as it is a potent energetic healing. For some, a one time visit will be sufficient!

The monthly membership allows deeper support, especially if you are navigating a major life transition such as the ending of a partnership, loss of a loved one, or other life events where you know you need extra support. You will not only have two full in person sessions for the month (or virtual if not in the area), but we’ll be able to work together in between sessions to help gracefully move through issues that may arise. After devoting time to the inner work, you will feel infinitely more resilient, at peace, and able to navigate changes with greater confidence as you resource your own sovereign divinity.

This work is for all who feel called — women, men, and those on the threshold of something they can't yet name. The rose receives everyone.

The mini sessions focus on energy healing with minimal conversation. You will have an opportunity to share your healing intention at the beginning before laying on the table to receive the healing. As I’m guided, I will weave prayer and sacred intention, with a blend of hands on and hands off healing. I may also use roses and anointing oils at specific points on the body. You will walk away feeling refreshed, renewed, and at peace.

During a full session, we’ll have the opportunity for additional coaching and mentoring to support you during challenges you may be facing. I deeply attune to Spirit during the healing session, and I will weave prayer and sacred intention, with a blend of hands on and hands off healing. I may also use roses, holy water, and anointing oils at specific points on the body. You will walk away feeling deep peace, clarity, and next steps to support your healing process and integration.

Please note you are fully clothed during the session. Since I do incorporate roses and anointing oils as guided, it is encouraged that you dress comfortably.
